RESERVATION

You choose an apartment, you can either make the reservation online or fill in the information form. We assure you an answer within 24 hours. If you do not receive an answer within this time, please reiterate your request (there may be transmission problems). Please note that all prices are NET.

RATES ARE FOR INDICATION ONLY and may be different when confirmed 24 hours after the reservation by an agent of Europeappart.ca. Always validate with europeappart.ca the availability of the apartment before confirming it to your client. Make sure that your client has a CANCELLATION INSURANCE because the apartment products are not refundable / not changeable.

Summary:

• Wait 24 hours for an agent to confirm your reservation before confirming with your client.
• Rates are NET.
• Confirmed reservations are non-cancelable, non-refundable and no travel credit.
• A 3% credit card fee will be added to the reservation. Payable at europeappart.ca by bank transfer.
• Tourist taxes payable at the time of reservation approximately 3 euros per person per day.

PAYMENT OF THE RESERVATION

The balance of the rental is to be paid ON THE DAY OF THE RESERVATION. If the balance is not paid, the reservation will be considered as cancelled and the amount collected will not be refunded. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO CREDIT OR REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GOOD TRAVEL INSURANCE THAT COVERS CANCELLATION BEFORE DEPARTURE.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations done more than 60 days before arrival date, deposit is non refundable. Final payment is due 60 days before arrival date and is non refundable. Some exception may be possible for changes of date, at certain conditions and depending on availability. It is highly recommanded to purchase travel cancellation insurance.
